Staying active during your holiday is a great idea! Even if holidays are for relaxing, you can explore the world around you and make memories with your loved ones. At Rives d’Arc, we offer a variety of activities that will help you stay in shape.

Relaxation massage

Julie, our masseuse, offers you a moment of relaxation with a massage. The massages take place within the compound. Located in a tent at the edge of the river of Ardeche, it is comfortably equipped to receive you in a calm and restful environment.

Yoga 

Our instructors will be happy to introduce you to the benefits of yoga from July and August and help you listen to your body. These classes, given just a stone's throw from the riverbank, will help you to release the tensions of daily life and strengthen your body.

Pilates

From July and August, our pilates instructor offers classes once a week. The pilates method is a gentle workout that combines deep breathing with physical exercises. Improvement of posture and strengthening of deep muscles: back pain disappears, the belly becomes firmer, the body becomes strong and flexible.

Personal Training

Stay in shape during your stay at Rives d'Arc! 

Camille, our Personal Trainer, offers private strength training and/or cardio for about an hour at a rate of €50. The sessions are fully personalised and adapted to your goals. No equipment is required, only athletic clothes and a pair of sneakers.

The sessions take place at Rives d'Arc, so you can feel in harmony with nature.

Jardins de l'ibie

The Ibie Gardens invite you to discover a 7 ha natural park deep within the wooded landscapes of Les Rives d’Arc outdoor hotel and just a few steps from the Ardèche River.

Follow the path and let yourself be rejuvenated by this peaceful place created by man in tribute to nature. Take some time out to escape for a stroll through this large natural space. The Ibie Gardens will awaken your senses with soothing plant and animal life. 

You can:

  • Admire the gorgeous colors that change with the seasons
  • Touch the bark on the trees
  • Smell the flowers
  • Listen to the birdsong and the trickling water.

A pastoral walk where two rivers meet is what awaits you.
