Pont d'Arc

A true monument

This spectacular landmark in the Ardèche spans the river and marks the gateway to the Gorges de l’Ardèche

You really must see this landmark!

Come and admire this one-of-a-kind rocky wonder, standing at the gateway to the Gorges de l’Ardèche! The Pont d'Arc is at least 500,000 years old, measures 54 metres in height and is 60 metres wide.

This natural archway has been carved out by the water flowing down the River Ardèche through the limestone rock, creating an opening into the Gorges de l’Ardèche.
